Frontman helps people find live music near them. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Frontman is operated from New York, United States. If you have a question about anything here, or want your data deleted, email privacy@findthefrontman.live and we will respond within 30 days.

We never see it. Authentication is handled by Supabase, which stores a cryptographic hash — a one-way scramble that cannot be turned back into your password. Nobody at Frontman can read it, and we will never ask you for it.
An IP address counts as personal data under GDPR and similar laws, even though it looks like a technical detail. We are naming it here rather than burying it because we think you should know it is collected. We use it for two things only: spotting abuse, and guessing which town to show you first. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell it.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store a small amount of data in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like your last search location. Clearing your browser data removes it and signs you out.

Email privacy@findthefrontman.live and we will action it within 30 days, free of charge. We will never make you jump through hoops or charge you to leave.
The CCPA gives you the rights above, plus the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to give you — but if that ever changes, we will tell you before it does.
Our lawful basis is contract for the data needed to run your account, and legitimate interests for security and understanding how the site is used. You can object to the latter at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Frontman is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle your data in any way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
